QuoStar rebrand to Zenzero

Hi all,

A quick heads-up that our IT support partner QuoStar has started rebranding to Zenzero (from 28th February 2026). You’ll now begin to see the new name and branding across emails, the support portal and other communications.

What this means for you (support)

• You may now receive emails from @zenzero.co.uk addresses
• You may hear the team answer the phone as “Zenzero”
• Branding on emails/portal is updating to Zenzero
• There is no change to the service, support process, tools, or the people supporting us

Please note: during the transition, you may still see some emails/branding from @quostar.com while everything fully migrates. Existing QuoStar contact routes will continue to forward/redirect to ensure nothing is missed.

Security reminder

Please stay alert for phishing during periods of change. Zenzero/QuoStar will never ask you to share passwords or login details by email or phone. If anything looks suspicious, report it and/or verify using known contact details.
