KnowBe4 is a platform used across Home Grown Hotels to conduct phishing tests and provide staff with cyber security training.
Within the KnowBe4 portal assigned staff (typically DGM’s in hotels) can view the status of the following:
Login to the KnowBe4 platform via https://myapps.microsoft.com
From the dashboard you can see your own stats and outstanding training modules.
To view the details of anyone in your team select the Team Dashboard option.
Here you will be presented with a breakdown of all team members and their current progress in training as well as performance in phishing tests. A risk score will also be presented to summarise their performance across training, phish tests and other factors.
You can click into each team members name to see which training progress.
